1. Begin by boiling 8 ounces of water in a glass pot on your stovetop for 3 minutes. We recommend using spring or distilled water for optimal results. Once boiled, allow the water to cool for 2 minutes.
2. Next, add a tablespoon of plant material to the pot.
3. Allow the plant material to steep in the water for 10 to 15 minutes. A longer steeping time will result in a stronger potency of the tea.
4. After steeping, strain the tea using a mesh strainer to remove any large particles. Ensure that the tea cools down to room temperature before consumption.
5. Enjoy the tea three times a day, ideally in the morning, afternoon, and evening.

• The plant material can be reused twice before discarding. After the first use, store the used plant material in a glass container and refrigerate it until the second use. Please note that the plant material should not be refrigerated for more than 2 days.
