One 2oz tincture of Herbal Eye Wash solution; Sterile Eye-Cup is NOT included and must be purchased separately.

Add one (1) dropperful of the solution to 250 mL (milliliters) of purified water in the sterile eye cup.

Tilt your head back and rinse one eye. Exercise your eyes by rolling them and looking up, down, and side to side. Rinse for 2-10 minutes.

Dispose of the used eyewash formula and pour a new formula into a sterile eye cup to cleanse the other eye. Rinse the other eye in the same manner.

If there is any leftover formula, you may ingest it to address the issue internally as well.

Follow this routine six days a week for six weeks. Take at least one week of rest if continuing use.
Herbal tinctures do not need to be refrigerated after the seal is broken and should be stored in a cool, dark place out of direct light. This method will guarantee the longest potency and freshness.

Eyebright Eyewash

My daughter was diagnostic with Belferitis from a stye gone rouge with redness itching, constant drainage and mucus. They gave us ointment from the hospital (waste of time) when the Eyebright came i got started with the wash and immediately her eye stopped draining tears and mucus, it took a few days for the redness to start clearing up. What a relief? so we did it for 6 days in a row as instructed and now we use it twice a week as needed. I highly recommend
